but I love them in dressings and on burgers and such. Toasted pita bread with feta melted on it - lovely!

Love Bleus and Roqueforts sparingly to savor the complex flavors - even just some sprinkled on club crackers!

One of my favorites is Bleu crumbled into tomato soup (plus basil flakes), a heavenly flavor combo to me......

Shame on you for that large pix, Floyd, now I'm off to the frig.........

He gave me a taste when I was a very little kid and I remember he was pretty offended when I told him what I thought it tasted like.
