and easy to carve!

I have a huge party every year for my family and everyone eats KFC and cake and carves pumpkins. My goddaughter comes every year with a very elaborate idea, like a witch flying past the moon with a tree and an owl. She carves and carves and carves, and works and works and works, and every year the pumpkin collapses and she ends up with a gaping maw. It's hilarious, and kind of adorable.

And then we eat cake.
