(8,924 posts)I don't see a lizard shadow anywhere!
The sun is hitting from the frontal view, so a shadow would be extended towards the water.
Inquiring minds want to know.
Not sure if it's photoshopped, but don't think so.

But I still see no shadow.
I get that these links are from the actual woman in the photo, but
it's still hard to believe when a shadow that should be extended towards
the woman, is non-existent.

(8,924 posts)No shadow on her body.
Also, something that big, suddenly flying in front of anyone,
would startle them.
This woman does not appear to be startled, at all.
The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,858 posts)The lizard was a lot closer to the camera and farther from the woman than it appears in the photo, in which case the shadow might not show up in the photo. If you're going to photoshop a lizard into a photo (and if that's what was done, it was a pretty good job), wouldn't you want to photoshop its shadow as well?

(8,924 posts)But the shadow would be extremely difficult to do.
This shadow would start with the tail projecting along the top of the wall,
then extending down the wall with an odd shape, then along the floor
with a very identifiable shape.

(8,924 posts)The area highlighted would be the toughest to photoshop.
As you can see, there are patterns in this area that don't exist in the rest of the dress.
