I absolutely loved this book in audio

It's actually a novel followed by several shorter stories. The main story is about several kids growing up in the sixties. It has a mildly supernatural bent to it but nothing like the horror books that King is known for.

It really reminded me of my youth. Even though it was about 15 years before my time, it really took me back. The main story is brilliantly red by William Hurt.

I have hooked at least three people on audiobooks by having them listen to that one
