It's so funny to observe the physical changes in your body when you are reading or looking at something that makes you angry and then at something that makes you happy or touches your heart. I can't imagine the toll that this political stress and nightmare of Trump is taking on our bodies.

One of my colleagues at work was showing a picture of his wife to us. They've been married FOREVER, but he was beaming and then kissed the picture before putting his phone away. It was adorable beyond words!!!
