Kitten squee, Aussie style! (turn up the volume for purrs & mews)

A woman in Australia was walking her dog when she heard faint mewing coming from a nearby field. Out popped 10 abandoned kittens! It's winter there, so they were cold, scared, and hungry. She couldn't carry them all, so she picked up a couple and hurried towards home to get her car. She looked back to see an awesome, adorable sight. She took in all 10 kittens. She kept one of them and made sure the other 9 went to loving homes.

What sort of heartless asshole would abandon these tiny cuties to the cold, starvation, and god only knows what predators were out there, not to mention traffic? I guess there are monsters all over the planet.
