1. Drink plenty of water.

Heat related illness, heat stress/heat exhaustion/heat stroke. Can sneak up on you and by the time you realize you are having difficulties u can be in serious trouble. So drink plenty of water and listen to what your body is telling you.

I'm way more worried about my wife who is headed out to church camp this week to be a chaplain. She did it last year and her cabin has no a.c. I sent her with plenty of water but I know her and she is stubborn. I'm going to visit her Monday so hopefully she will be good. If not, we are having a serious talk about her coming home.
