College World Series: Beavers fight back through losers bracket!

Made it a bit too interesting in the bottom of the 9th, but Oregon State has advanced to the finals of the College World Series with a 5-2 victory over Mississippi State.

1. I watched that game

Beavers sure make 2 outs interesting! Yeah the end of the game was interesting for Mississippi State but those Beavers have a solid defense especially 2nd baseman.

2. Hard to get excited about the beavers

My Tar Heels have been ejected from the CWS three times now by the Beavers, twice in the finals back on 2006 and 2007, then again this year. OSU had a lot more raw talent than we did this year, but it is still frustrating.

3. If North Carolina hadn't experienced some success in other sports

I'd feel sort of, kind of, sorry for the Tar Heels. But, naaaaaah.

Go Beavs! Time to take out the last SEC team. Sorry, not sorry, Arkansas.
