Is it OK to buy the latest Kanye West releases?

I know Kanye came out as a Trump supporter but should that deter listening to his music and albums produced by him? Is this one of those things where you separate the art from the artist or is that sort of thing not allowed? I need to know. I heard clips from both the latest releases from Kid Cudi and Nas and, shocker, I liked them.

It's more like Kanye is saying that he loves Trump like a brother because he loves EVERYONE like a brother. like Jesus. or Yeezus.

And it worked. It got Kim K. an audience with The Dotard, and got a pardon issued to someone that actually deserved it.

So go ahead and buy that played-out old man rap with a clean conscience.

Buy and enjoy what you want. Life's to short for you to be told otherwise. You don't need DU's permission for anything.

you can compartmentalize. There are some performers whose political views I find somewhat offensive, but do not bring those beliefs into their music, acting, or art. While others have views so offensive and are so public about it that I can't watch them perform without thinking about it. I surely could not stand to listen to lyrics that defend Trump or somehow excused slavery, however. (Not saying Kanye does this as I don't know)

YMMV

I don't do Spotify or Apple Music or any of the other streaming services. I still buy my albums for the most part the old fashioned way so that's kind of why I asked. You know it's one of those things where can you separate the art from the artist but that is what Kanye is and he's always been batshit crazy.
