I like it. I buy it at Trader Joe's so I don't know how to make the crust. Sophia4 Jun 2018 #4

Do you use a pizza stone? (I have a lousy oven that doesn't seem to heat uniformly so considering) hlthe2b Jun 2018 #10
I tried parchment that I had sprayed lightly with oil woodsprite Jun 2018 #11

I got the recipe and directions from Pinterest....here’s a photo of the crust before the toppings. Highly recommended it!

Dipped them in a thick marinara sauce. Very good,

That kind of still stuck. I have these non-stick mats that work the best. If I make the crusts bigger than is easy to handle with a large spatula, I just slowly pull the mat up over the edge of the cookie sheet and the crust peels right off onto a waiting plate.

If I don't want to make my own sauce, I found Dellalo brand pizza sauce is in a resealable jar and has no sugar. I grew up using Ragu Pizza Quick on English muffins or toast for makeshift pizzas. They still make it, but it's hard to find, and has sugar added.

My ultimate pizza sauce craving is to find a copycat recipe that tastes like Shakey's pizza sauce used to!

They used to have a shrimp pizza, that sounds strange, but was really good with black olives.

As much as he did.

This is the recipe I use for the first except I use an Italian shredded cheese mix instead of mozzarella. You can use any toppings you prefer of course.
