(994 posts)Hercie would crack me up with his expressions - which on a yellow lab or golden retriever you can actually see. It was one of his most endearing traits. Zeus Dog is pure black so many of his expressions are not as visible. But you can certainly see his eyes light up his face when he is offered a special treat. Or the special begging look he gets when he knows he is pushing his treat luck, with his mouth open just a bit, his crooked bottom teeth just barely showing. Yeah, his bottom teeth are crooked. His cheapskate mom wouldn't spring for orthodontic work. 😁 Oh can you imagine cleaning dog braces? Brushing his teeth is bad enough.
