Weird Weather Forecast

I went to weather.com to check the conditions today and something strange is going on.

It's partly in German.

The line where you can see hourly and for the next ten day forecasts reads

Today's gefülte is 58 degrees.

Jetzt conditions are Feuchte 59%, Taupunkt 44 degrees, Luftdruck 29.89 and rising, Sichweite 10.0 mi.

The Nächste 36 Stunden shows Today 68, Tonight 54, DO 80, DO Nacht 61, and FR 87 (these are obviously Fahrenheit temps, starting off in English then switching to German).

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Are they having fun with me because I refuse to turn off the adblocker?

1. You sure it's not Russian? I would have expected Russian

and maybe a special forecast for Moscow.

ETA - I went there and left my ad blocker on and had no problem.

3. Maybe the Spirits Are Telling Me

to give German another try...

I saw the first season of The Man in the High Castle. It was good, but confusing. I can't always follow a story where the characters know and understand the whole culture, but the audience doesn't. After seeing that and Torchwood, it's hard to believe but I've heard that Burn Gorman is really nice in person.

4. Gorman definitely has the good to evil range covered. He was terrifying in

Game of Thrones, and it gave me a bit of mental whiplash when I suddenly realized who I was looking at in Turn.

But if you watch the latter, you'll have no difficulty believing there's a nice guy hiding under all those well-done scary portrayals. Or maybe a deeply evil fellow who can fake it when the job demands...
