But keep in mind, America was the 4th continent to be occupied by civilized humans, because the weather is not so conducive here for human living .

During last ice age, several miles thick glaciers sat on top of Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and other parts of mid-west.

2. I feel for you :( Honestly, I do

I live in Colorado at about 6750ft elevation. So where it's not snowing in Denver, it will be snowing at my house. We can have snow all the way till the end of May. We've had snow storms in Maybe in excess of 10" freezing every budding, blooming thing.

That's my spring, every year. This year has been awesome! I see all the snow the midwest and upper midwest is getting and feel so bad for you guys because you don't expect it like I do every year. Not that I like it, but that's my spring, I know it's not for most everyone east of here.
