Seger wrote one great song - Against the Wind. Its poetic and iconic.

Springsteen wrote at least 30 of them.

Said he was a super nice guy.

Too bad he can't sing. Hate his music -- turn the dial every time they play a Bob Seger song, to me, his voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

Bruce Springsteen is ok, but the man mumbles everything now that he's older.

will boggle all the minds here. The reason this question presented itself to me was that last week a dude put on a series of great songs on the jukebox that I thought were SPRINGSTEEN. Another day he arrived and just sat down. As a tribute, I went to the jukebox and couldn't find SPRINGSTEEN. The songs were SEGER.

Yeah yeah, I know how ignorant I am. Thanks in advance for pointing it out. But at least give me credit for coming up with a question that has a reasonable conflict to it, as Post #6 shows.
