I have a bottle of Slivovice in my booze cabinet downstairs.

I bought it because I was in love with the idea of plum brandy.

Then I tasted it, and it wasn't plummy enough for me.

I still have a glass now and then, because everyone needs something to help them on their way...

the Carpathian Mountains region of now Slovakia. My heritage is called Carpatho-Rus.
I understand some Slovak/Slavic, but not Moscovite/USSR Russian. The closest to us is Ukrainian. A friend tried putting me under his spell and insist I was really Ukrainian to which I vehemently said, NO WAY!

The Carpatski-Rus have a 'flavor' and identity all their own. So I resist! Mb that's why Iman effective resistor! Who knew I'd be using my traits in this tension we have put on us today.

I asked in another post "if you have one of those". I meant a missus, that I could plainly deduce when you said Mrs. Aristus. I wuz jus' bein' .

I could never pick a favorite movie though. Impossible.

TPB is worthy though, no argument there. Would never argue against.

I played Eddie in the floor show at The Vogue in Louisville, KY, years ago.

It's all gone. The Vogue is a second-hand clothing store now...

I actually credit that movie as having a big role in directing me towards my grown-up stance on homosexuality (which is to say ... Go for it!).

I mean, I might've been the same, but I can't discount that RHPS wasn't pretty influential on me, as well as the friends I made at the theater there ... I started going to it at 15yo, at Midnight's ... this was early 80's so the general 'zeitgeist' on the subject was considerably more negative back then ... shall we say.

The fact that Frank was awesome in it, and oddly sexy ... even though I wasn't inclined that way, made me go ... I get it ... and there's nothing wrong with it.
