It's an ad for jobs. It says to go to the training fair or check the internet site under their training opportunities.

Applicants can also apply on line until September 9, 2015 (sorry, too late in case you are interested), or by mail to the address at the bottom of the ad.

That's German thoroughness and also German opportunity for you.

Especially on the left three.

I think that's a German thing to smile and bring the upper lip up to see gums.

Always a bit repulsive to me.
