The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsJust had a vanilla almond matcha latte. Called Macha Matcha and comes
in a powder in a variety of flavours from the healthfood store. My new favourite drink. Does anyone drink matcha? Is their caffeine in it? It says it has many more times antioxidants than green tea.

I haven't heard of Matcha until this thread, but it sounds interesting. It is an Asian tea made from the traditional tea plant (green and black tea) that has been grown in the shade. Growing it in the shade changes the chemical composition. I'm gonna give it a try!

You are right when I think back I used to drink tea with my family . My great aunt and grandmother started my tea habit. It's a good thing & I have passed it on to younger generations now too!
