Do you have an earworm? (Original Post)

(11,802 posts)1. My old drummer taught me a trick to remove an earworm.
We were doing a casino gig and Lady Gaga's "Poker face" came on about every 15 minutes.
I was like, "brother, I'm gonna kill someone! This song is going to be in my head for days!" He told me to start thinking of "Four Sticks" by the mighty Zeppelin. By the second drum fill, no other music can exist in your head. He was right. Of course, "Four Sticks" becomes the earworm, but I'm soooo good with that!

"Four Sticks" is a much better anti-earworm song
than my old standby:
"Don't Worry Kyoko (Mummy's Only Looking for Her Hand in the Snow)"
