I'm wondering what it's like to be on that program.

1. My wife's friend has been doing great on it

although I'm not sure she needed it it to begin with - she was curvy and now she's just skinny. But that's what she wanted and it worked.

It is pricey by my standards but not by hers. My wife mentioned it to her doctor on her last check-up (like a week ago) and the doc said it is a great program and they were, in fact, working on some kind of arrangement to supply it through the family practice for people who needed help losing weight.

My understanding is that the food is good and if you follow the plan you will absolutely lose weight. I haven't tried any of it but the way my wife is talking I am expecting it any day now.
