My tax prepper is going to give me a forcast for next year's figures when I pick up next week.

He thinks I'll come out ahead. I'm skeptical. I think I'll pay more.

Either way, the whole country is screwed for years....

On the advice of my boss we sent a memo warning people to consult their tax advisor about the "bigger paychecks" they are getting. DH and I are setting our withholding back to what it was before. A couple employees already asked me to do that for them.

Apx. $500 more per year received in paychecks.

Apx. $500 less of a refund at end of the year.

Cash wash out. No benefit.
