They've gone and changed their main page and we couldn't locate our email! My husband finally figured it out but what the hell?
Really annoying.
Yes, I know I shouldn't have AOL but we do so there we are.
Anybody else here have AOL and found out your mail icon was missing?
I didn't know it still existed.

(9,182 posts)They just kept billing the credit card. That was probably 15-20 years ago.

(9,182 posts)and then we got a deal from MSN, so we switched. Getting out of AOL was like pulling teeth. After I called to cancel they billed us the next month. I called and complained and they tried to talk me out of cancelling --again. And still continued to bill. I called again and they said they were billing us for our daughter's account -- she had a separate family address on our account, and told me I couldn't cancel it. They pulled the same thing on a friend who was paying for her grandson's account. We finally got out, but it was tough.

Today, I can go to directly to AOL Mail and log on.
I just checked now and can also get to my mail by going through their main page.
Something has been wrong with their site lately.

I wonder if they were doing maintenance on their site to fix the other log in issue.
