Breakfast tacos!

I make them myself now but the Laredo Taco Company is great.

I've never been there because there are a million taco places around here. Since it was a chain like Taco Bell, I dismissed it.

I'll have to give it a try!

I'm going to check them out.

What hours do they serve tacos?

Some place shut down as early as 3 pm.

But the campeón is also great, as well as the eggs & chorizo.

They open early and close early; it's just breakfast and lunch.

But the flour tortillas are made fresh right in the store.

PS: Don't try the carnitas bravas, they're usually overcooked, dry and over salted.

In the worst case, they'll charge you 40 cents extra for each.

In the best case they'll grant it at no charge.

I always ask for beans & chorizo instead of regular refried beans as the base.
