Tonight's Vinyl Selection

Who's Next

The Who

I remember, as a teenager, my parents freaking out about the album cover, my mom said it was "vulgar trash" and I shouldn't waste my money on it.

We Won't Get Fooled Again

Baba O' Riley

The Song Is Over

and the fabulous

"Behind Blue Eyes" - that one alone was worth the purchase price !

I have it on CD, but listen to it on flac ripped from CD. Vinyl just isn't as good as flac on a high-resolution DAC and good speaker system. My opinion, of course.

Behind Blue Eye is great, but Baba O'Riley is too.

What a mind-blower for a lad of fourteen.

Tickets were $4.50 and $5.50. My friend and I chose the cheaper seats because we couldn't afford $5.50.
