My cat Angel is enthralled...

by the new screen saver. Generic Windoze screen saver. I decided to go with ribbons instead of bubbles. Oh and Luna on her favorite stack of boxes. Christmas decorations come down around mid February, maybe March.

And cats really can't resist boxes. Felix has taken possession of one that I don't dare get rid of. I finally lined it with a towel so he'll be more comfortable.

I may have to change back to bubbles! My cats love boxes. They are so spoiled, I have Rubbermaid containers at each window with towels on them so they can look outside with comfort. I have at the very least 16 boxes in a 4 room apartment for the cats to enjoy. I would not have it any other way. I love my baby girls.

And I know about cats and boxes. Felix used to love to climb into those cardboard containers that a 12-pack of soda came in so I kept them around until he could no longer fit, LOL. He has a whole lot of toys, but invariably chooses the boxes. *sigh*

At work I see those empty copy paper boxes and say to myself, "the cats are gonna love these"

Most of my possessions are still in the plastic bins so I stacked them into a multi-level structure that gives them access to the window sills and to the pass-through window between the kitchen and dining area. I have some towels and felt blankets on a few on the bins for sleeping areas. Of course, the prized spot is on top of the third level bin in the corner since it's a great vantage point and I can't get there easily myself.

Needless to say, the cats have me well-trained and obedient.

It sounds like you have an ideal cat environment. I still remember those cat house photos that were posted here with the ramps that were next to the ceiling. I wish I could do that, but then I'd never be able to get to him, LOL. One nice thing I spotted was that they had an identical cat toy that I got for Felix early on - not that he pays much attention to it anymore.

Felix liked to survey the room - and occasionally try to attack a spot that I can't see on the ceiling. I get aggravated when he decides to climb up on shelves, but I can hardly expect him to tell the difference.

And I'm never sure if I should try to catch him - he has all his claws!

I have a touch-screen monitor for my computer so when one of my cats starts pawing the screen it makes it scroll down and a tail swipe usually leads me to have to hit the back button.

I see that your cats have you well-trained. Now go get them some food.

I was waiting for my iphone to update, so I could get these pics, the update seemed to take forever, and lo and behold, I got them.
