(47,564 posts)But as is often case with OC, it's totally accessible from the main street. And all those empty office parking lots around the venue makes parking easy. Ten bucks to park, yeah. But like I said, accessible. Two minutes and we were back out on Harbor and on our way home. So that on top of a twenty-five dollar ticket was totally worth it. (I know. I sound like a commercial...lol.)
Do watch out for cops, though, if you're taking streets home. Best bet is to make a run for the freeway.

(14,559 posts)About half the shows we see are revisits and we try to attend shows of newer bands when
we like what we hear.
More than often we get the best of both in one show.
Yes, $25 tickets. We gotta get out and see these shows.

(47,564 posts)I went to the Observatory on Halloween weekend to see Tiger Army, that was the last time I went to a show there. Next one I'm going to at that venue is Gogol Bordello on March 2nd.

(47,564 posts)Not really my thing, but damn that was a fun show! All seventy-five people on stage were very enthusiastic, and it was contagious. Start Wearing Purple was the hit of the show that day for me.
That was an outside venue, basically an exact copy of the bowl at Glen Helen.
It'd be weird to see them on a club-sized stage.

(100,100 posts)I've been a fan of theirs since Super Taranta, and they are always amazing live. Last show I went to was Primus at the Wiltern and that was fun. Primus always draws a rowdy crowd!
