THE DEFINITIVE Ebeneezer Scrooge

DEFINITELY George C. Scott. Patrick Stewart did a stunning reading of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, but his movie version was uninspiring. Among the classics, Alastair Sim's version took unacceptable liberties with the story line; Reginald Owen was the best of the old-tmers.
