I am 73 years old, I have read and loved the comics page since I was old enough to hold a newspaper, but I cannot for the life of me understand "Zippy", which still appears in one of the dailies I subscribe to.
I have a great sense of humor and thoroughly enjoy most every other comic strip character(s). The talent these writers possess is simply amazing.
What am I not getting about this guy Zippy and his weird pals?
Thx.
