So ... I woke up this morning to the sound of klezmorim ... (videos)
playing Christmas carols. If you live in north AL, as I do, you know that This Is Not Normal. I lay in bed for quite a while just to listen to this refreshing break with conformity. I've been burned out on Christmas music for a couple of decades, and we've been hearing holiday Muzak since just after Halloween, but I found this refreshing. Here's a few samples:
