What is going on with Spectrum?

We're paying $50.00 a month for the HBO, SHOWTIME, Cinemax and Starz. But the shows are not available when we try to retrieve them. Especially Starz gives us the error message, Not available right now, try again later. Some mention an Error msg, Try again later. I don't think I've seen anything on Starz the first time I try. Isn't that the channel with Outlander? I have to wait a day or so before I can see the latest episode.

What is going on here?

They can do their thing to correct it after they look at your account.

They will then probably reset your cable box and you should get your channels.

If it takes any more than that, tell them you want a pro-rated refund.
