Two 'toons

Last edited Mon Nov 27, 2017, 11:10 PM - Edit history (1)

For those confused by the Wizard of Oz cartoon:

1st - There was no caption

2nd - It's an allusion to Planet of the Apes.

3rd - My guess, Dorothy realizes she can't click her heels and go home again.

It's an allusion to Planet of the Apes. I don't know why the Wizard of Oz thing, though.

Here's the original.

Those are all from the Wizard of OZ. Lady Liberty askew may be and image from Planet of the Apes but the whole toon is rather strange. I don't get it.

the Emerald City ain't what it's said to be.

But, when did the Cowardly Lion become trans? Was that a side effect of getting a heart?
