Although, I don't really care how big of a dickhead a manager is at work as long as they don't infringe on my personal time.

He would provoke dissension between employees, foster discord. He liked tension in the office, and kept everybody on edge, like Trump. He would dream up work assignments he knew you would find disgusting, just to flex his power.

On the other hand, he once grabbed my hand and put it on his crotch, telling me there was something so sexy about me.

Was a one time sex abuse worse than constant chaos and stress?
