It's Halloween and I'm in a neighborhood in a van with dark tinted windows.

I don't care what the client says, I'm dropping this surveillance as soon as I see the first Halloweiner. I'm not going to be that guy.

The client is not sure where the subject lives, so I've been sitting at the last known address since late morning.

It's not always like it is portrayed on tv and film. Stay in school, get a good job.
