Calls to stop Syria 'killing machine' as Russia slams sanctions

The UN Security Council has agreed it wants to avoid military intervention in Syria - but differences remain over the way ahead. The U.S. - as well as its European and Arab allies - want President Assad out of power. For its part, Russia says the UN shouldn't be used as a platform for excessive interference in Syrian affairs.

I wish people would stop posting this shit here. It's nothing but Pravda Television, spewing any pro-Russian and anti-western spin it possibly can, in this case taking anyone who doesn't want to support Assad continuing to oppress the Syrians and slaughter people by the thousands, and accusing them of being warmongering imperialists.

It had lots of stories on injustices in the US that the mainstream media would never carry here. Just because it was state-sponsored doesn't mean it was 100% invalid. I think people are adults and can filter through the lens of their own judgment.
