(5,610 posts)Here goes anyway....we are a fascist (corporate) country where the desires (including equal enforcement of the law and income equality) of the (at least) 85% of us is not even considered unless it is used to prosecute us. Party doesn't change that fact.
"We" are all corporatist, all the time......
Sadly, WE will not unite and stop the corruption.

(5,917 posts)was doing her job. if she was just doing her job and her job description changes and she hasn't any problems with that then it shouldnt be a problem. unless she's worried about getting hired after the admin releases her. so it's hard to tell. i dont think they would find anyone who is qualified to do this w/o having to worry about their intentions when they leave.

I know there are good Lawyers out there, but everyone I have dealt with has fucked me. Their big clients will always be there for them. You on the other hand are just a transient nuisance.

(27,461 posts)notice in that clip, Cenk obviously expresses his views strongly, but among those views is not that Mary Jo White is greedy or unscrupulous, nor does he make any attack on her character. He is talking about the system, about incentives.

(5,917 posts)incentives. so what i was saying is that if she is "married to the banks" as one poster put it then she is a poor choice b/c the banks will incentivise her to look the other way. however if she protected the banks b/c that was her job and no other reasons and her job now is to prosecute banks then she could be ok. it all depends on her character in the face of the incentives. it's hard to tell with people unless they're republicans then u know where they stand
