3. It sometimes seems like Billionairistan is a different planet, where climate change just doesn't

matter. Or I guess they think they will build elegant underground air conditioned palaces for themselves and the deserving members of their families? And will have their own desalination plants or their own private aquifers on land protected from the toxic chemicals used to force oil out of shale in Trashistan (where the rest of us live). Powered by that same "clean natural gas" that made them rich.
