The first time P01135809's lawyers said anything along the lines of "we need to question the Grand Jury"
I'd have told them to go fly a kite and never mention the Grand Jury again.

Which has got to be aggravating for any judge and anxiety-producing for any jury. I agree they need to shut him down, but we know he'll just come up with some other delay tactic.
