Look closely and you can see what this does to what should be great jobs. Right to work laws have slowly eroded the paychecks. Take teachers for example. We have the lowest per pupil spending in the nation. Right to work for less...

There are districts with lackluster representation where teachers with a masters degree and 7 years of experience make less than first year teachers in other districts. Last year one district (Ogden) told their teachers to sign new contracts without any negotiations or just go away.
