Thom Hartmann: Where were the ''3 amigos'' when the GOP lied us into war?

Three Amigos never uttered a peep when Colin Powell or Condi Rice or George W, Bush or Dick Cheney were lying to Congress and the American people about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. They don't give a damn about the truth - it's all politics for this bunch. And, hopefully, the Obama Administration has now realized that the new Three Amigos, just like the old Three Amigos, is still just a small-time gang of Republican punks out to take down Democrats and promote wars.

and claim to prefer Kerry? When did GOP hawks EVER support and prefer a noninterventionist over a neocon for Secretary of State?

I am fine with a neocon like Rice ADVISING a president, but, do NOT want another neocon leading the State Dept.

Susan Rice, herself.

For specifics, please see, "Susan Rice Vocally Supported the Iraq War, and Every Mid-East War Since", http://www.democraticunderground.com/10021895778#post44

Please pass this along to Thom.

Republicans . . . .

Much as I like Kerry, I don't think he should be the Secretary of State. We need him in the Senate and not just because Brown might replace him. Kerry is an important voice and vision in the Senate.
