CEO's believe they have the right to abuse their employees - and deny them basic rights - like access to healthcare. How do we change this mentality in corporate America - so that workers are again treated like human beings?

(634 posts)If crApplebees' does not want to maintain its franchise,I'm sure some other local restaurant will gladly step in and take his business.
If he intends to keep the same level of business, then he was lying about "efficiency", since that would be the definition of doing the same amount of work with less employees.
I think the real theme here is that :" we are the 1%. Do what we say or you will get punished. We did not give you permission to vote for Obama. How dare you! Now you all must pay!"
All Hail! Lord Applebee!
Of course, he is a slave to his company; therefore, after all his bluster, he will do what is right for his business.
If he did actually cut back when there is demand for his product, He would be the 2nd worst CEO ever. Right after the guy who sold Donald Trump his hair.
( isn't the law of supply and demand in Bus 101? )
