I gotta' admit I haven't paid any attention to him in a long time, and hadn't taken him very seriously for even longer, so I guess I need to change my opinion. Anyone who stands up for the truth has my respect.

edited to add: Now it's time for Shepard Smith to add his voice to the defense of our military, our intelligence agencies and the office of the President. He and Geraldo broke from the Fox bubble during Katrina. SS needs to also save his shred of integrity before it's too late. Geraldo did it very well and needs to go further with his frustration. I've listened to GR since he came back on the radio on WABC. He started out quite fair and balanced, but slowly, you could hear the tension in his voice rise as more and more RW wackos were booked for his show. He was obviously being told to spout the RW agenda, and he wasn't comfortable doing it. He is employed by 2 RW broadcast companies, and he just attacked one of them here. I too have gained respect for Geraldo Rivera.
