The key here is the more dislikes the video gets, the better. Something like the Perry "Strong" video that got the most dislikes in YouTube political video history. It was pivotal in ending his campaign, along with the brain-fart meme.

Trump said on FB and elsewhere that the documents show foreign-student aid, which would prove the birth certificate a fake, and by extension ineligibility to be POTUS. So that's what is at stake. I imagine the story will be dead in 24hrs because he's already had a go at this, just without the $5 million twist.
