He's a great admirer of said complex... already ruled out the Simpson- Bowles defense cuts, has not ruled out their 22% cut in the average recipient's Social Security benefits.

And he's saying here just to stop the lobbying by the defense contractors in DC, which is a simple rule that should help the problem.
