Best part of the debate, in my opinion.
President Obama showed his heart and soul.

(47,992 posts)is what is "supposed" to happen, according to Republicans, and they are ENTITLED by their power-positions to USE events/persons to aggrandize themselves, so they were surprised by our President's response on the Libya question.
Their surprise is funny, because, apparently, they have not noticed how President Obama has taken more than just a few hits to his political capital by NOT playing to the pass-the-buck to someone else crowd, e.g. his response to the whole NDAA 2012 situation, which he could have handled quite politically with positive results for himself by simply pretending that he was vetoing what he knew was veto-proof legislation and then standing back to say, TTE, "It wasn't my fault; I tried to stop it, but it passed anyway." Instead, he took responsibility to do what he could do about that legislation and to take the not inconsiderable political hit from what calls itself "the Left" and its attack dogs like Glenn Greenwald.
