3. America does not negotiate with terrorists. Iran knows that. If you listen to educated

Iranians, they have said that they will not allow their government to agitate the West. Why on Earth would the wealthy here in America allow themselves to be agitated by Mitt Romney. They already know that America can not afford another war so the listeners above will have to pay for the war themselves in 75% taxes.

In 1983 the Greenspan Commission, called for a increase in the SS payroll tax/premium so a big surplus would be available for use. The surplus was IOUed out by 2003.

The country is moving to the left. A new surplus needs to be set up. No IOU should take the place for the Wealthy Tax Rate. Taxes should be used to pay down the deficit. America needs to keep an eye on the French economy as they have instituted a 75% tax on the billionaires.

IF THE WEALTHY WANT A WAR, THEY CAN PAY FOR IT THEMSELVES WITH THE MONEY AND INTEREST THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT OF THE AMERICAN ECONOMY SINCE 1983.
