Obama cancelled a previously scheduled meeting with Egyptian PM so that an international flap with Israel wouldn't start up in the media. (it was a newspaper who erroneously reported Obama had declined to meet with Bibi - Bibi's office said that report was wrong)

Sep.26 (Saba)- President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi met on Tuesday at the United Nations building with the U.S. President Barack Obama, who welcomed him warmly in this visit to the U.S..
The two leaders reviewed together a number of issues and topics at the bilateral level and the latest developments experienced by Yemen in light of the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism.
President Obama confirmed the support of the United States and its full assistance to Yemen until the success of the transitional period with the secure access to February 2014.
For his part, President Hadi expressed his appreciation to President Obama for his good feelings and his emphasis on standing by Yemen.

That's what Obama did two weeks after the attack in Bengazi during his less than 2 days in New York where he also stopped in for his interview on the View. He'd dealt with Bengazi long before his trip to New York.

Sure Karl lets get Bush and his 'popularity' into this years election debate and tie him to Romney ... go for it.
And that was my first response to the beginning of this video. I got more. Most western diplomats walked out of the UN when Ahmadinejad the Iranian leader spoke recently ... so showing an empty chair of the US delegation representing President Obama is supposed to mean what exactly ??? Let it go Rove, your fear tactics are so 2004 ... this ad will fizzle but that's just my opinion.

Forget meeting world leaders Karl, Romney's mental state has even been questioned by his wife if he were to become President. Yikes.
Barack and Michelle Obama interview on 'The View' delivers big ratings
Viewers flocked to "The View" yesterday for a heavily hyped interview with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. The ABC daytime talk show drew 4.3 million viewers, including over 1.1 million adults 18-49.
That's the most watched episode of "The View" since May 15, 2012 -- which also happened to feature an interview with President Obama.
Among the topics POTUS and FLOTUS discussed with the "View" ladies were the differences between his vision for America and that of his Republican rival Mitt Romney and how Congress should "take some lessons" from their daughter Sasha's basketball team.
Obama gave a similar ratings boost earlier in the month to "The Late Show with David Letterman." As further evidence of the jump "The View" gets from its political coverage, Obama's two appearances marked "The View's" highest rated episodes since May 2, 2011 -- the morning after President Obama unexpectedly announced that Osama bin Laden was dead.
