Half the Sky Movement: Hillary Clinton on Gender Inequality



Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton talks about gender equality for the Half the Sky movement. Clinton is the 67th United States Secretary of State, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama. She was a United States Senator for New York from 2001 to 2009. As the wife of the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton, she was the First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001. In the 2008 election, Clinton was a leading candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination.

It is heartbreakingly difficult to watch, but will hopefully educate the world that turns a blind eye to what is happening to girls and women around the world.

I look forward to the second half tonight.

Please watch and encourage everyone you know to watch.

I tried to watch it and couldn't, but it is important so I will go back and watch it.

The second half was also excellent. I hope many, many people watch this.
