Trump is full of crap, and after his administration has spent the last 6 months ignoring scientists and trying to get scientists to compromise their work and their numbers, Trump is now trying to take credit for potentially three vaccines that are in stage 3 testing but that may never actually come to market because we don't know what side effects there will be.
Furthermore, Jor Biden has never been "Anti Vaccine". A number of Conservative Anti-Vaxxers have been Anti Vaccine, but the Left has generally opposed the Anti-Vaxxers. Instead, Joe Biden has wisely questioned the ridiculous, over the top claims made by Trump and his administration with regard to just how quickly a safe and effective vaccine will be produced and will be distributed to the full public.
After sitting on his ass for months and lying about how dangerous COVID-19 is, Trump thinks he can save his re-election chances by pretending that a safe and effective vaccine is just around the corner, despite the fact that close to 200,000 people have died, largely due to Trump's neglect. No vaccine will bring back the tens of thousands of people who should have never died.
