There is no money to pay for it. No one is going to take it. The anti Vaxxers are not
Going to take it and those of us with a brain won’t take it because we know it is not safe.

Trump is pushing for this as a campaign stunt. The guy who told people to drink bleach or to take an anti-malaria drug is not concerned with the safety of any vaccine. We need to be sure anything given to vast numbers of Americans has been tested and proven safe - and, like you said, there are still some who will reject anything. Trump has "poisoned the well," so even when we have a vaccine too many won't believe anything.
