1. "If he is not elected" ??? That SOB will amend his return no matter what happens

It is only a question of whether he does it the tax after the election (to get the money back quicker) or waits awhile to let the dust settle. He can amend that return any time up to April 15, 2015.

No way in hell he lets the IRS keep that money. It isn't in his DNA. He isn't programmed for that. It is a physical impossibility. The outcome of the election will make no difference other than timing.

If he loses, he amends the return very quickly. If he were to win, he would quietly amend his return later, but probably not much later. Nobody is going to find out one way or another. It isn't subject to FOIA.
