NYC State of Emergency : Park Avenue from 34th Street to Upper East Side (March 28, 2020)

This guy has a channel where he films walking tours of NYC. For this one, he's driving up Park Avenue. The only time I've seen this part of NYC abandoned like this was in the Will Smith film, "I am Legend".

I guess that phrase (meaning some place is very crowded) won't be used much for a while. No Ben Baily's Cash Cab for a while too. Poor NYC!
